This EFT oriented webpage is provided as a public courtesy to help expand the use of EFT in the world. This webpage represents the good faith ideas of its founder but not necessarily those of Gary Craig and www.emofree.com. EFT is a very flexible improvement tool that can be used for just about everything. I am using my version of it here, which is modeled as closely as possible after the original through diligent and extensive study of Gary Craig's teachings, and have had consistent and extraordinary results. We use EFT for resolving pain, imbalance, dysfunction and problems whether they are physical or emotional in nature. EFT often works where nothing else will.

Any negative feeling - old or new - can disrupt the free flow of any aspect of your life; cravings, fear, resentment, Love pain, addictions, overwhelm, grief, loss, trauma, anger, confusion, etc. Even pain in your body from stress, injury, accidents, or unknowwn causes can be successfully eliminated. EFT is exactly the right tool for resolving negative feelings easily, quickly, and permanently.

The EFT session I had with Amara was nothing less than amazing. I had been very stressed out and really needed to release some intense fear I had.

During the session, I could literally feel the negative emotions moving through me until eventually, by the end of the session, I felt a great sense of knowing that everything was going to work out – the fear and doubt were gone! I can’t express in words just how calming and peaceful that experience was for me. This is a very powerful modality!

Over a year ago my life was a mess. I was looking to get away from a toxic love relationship, trying to reconnect with my own body through self neglect, and having a deep past dictate my life daily without consciously knowing. After looking on the main website to find a local practitioner, I found the best therapist I have ever encountered, Amara Russell. Skeptic at first, I wanted to talk to her by phone to see if it EFT really lived up to its hype before setting up an appointment.

From the moment I spoke to Amara, I knew she was the practitioner for me. She took her time with me on the phone and was clearly passionate about helping, as well as being extremely confident in the EFT method. I was convinced to give it a try. I saw Amara for 5 visits and each visit she took her time and was unconditionally supportive filling the environment with compassion & support. After only 2 visits I was able to completely leave the toxic love relationship without looking back. By the 4th treatment, we were hitting the root of my past and tapping it away.
